The 12th annual Hell's Half Mile Film & Music Festival kick off
The 12th annual Hell's Half Mile Film & Music Festival kicked off with amazing films and live music in downtown Bay City, MI.
The opening night reception was held at the Pere Marquette Depot joining artists of all types for drinks and introductions.
As per usual, the State Theater showcased the opening night film, "The Scent of Rain & Lightning," followed by a musical performance by an energetic duo, The Old Adage, at Old City Hall.
